We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. You may choose to receive a full refund, an exchange for a different product, or store credit. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Processing time
Please note that the processing time for all orders is approximately 3-4 weeks. As a small business making small batch orders, we take pride in our craftsmanship and guarantee that all products meet our quality standards. Each shirt is hand-pressed, and every tag is hand-sewn. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we carefully craft each order with the utmost care.
Return Eligibility
To initiate a return or exchange, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:

Unused/Unworn Condition: The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition. We understand that you may need to try on clothing, but it cannot be returned if it has been worn, altered, or washed.

Original Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and any accessories that came with the product.
Initiating a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email me at derickstattoo@gmail.com to let me know about the return or exchange of your item. Make sure to provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

Package the Item: Safely package the item in the original packaging, making sure it’s secure for transportation.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the item is approved, we will process your chosen refund method, exchange, or store credit.
Refund Methods

Full Refund: The original purchase amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exchange: You can select a replacement product of equal or lesser value. If the replacement is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to you. If it is of greater value, the additional cost will be charged.

Store Credit: You may choose to receive store credit that can be used for future purchases on our website.

Deposits are non-refundable!
A deposit is required for all appointments. Your deposit is a down payment for your tattoo, that locks in an agreed-upon date/time to receive your tattoo. Your deposit comes off the final price of your tattoo. To view more about my pricing structure click here.
